1. Right of Withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/2005 – Consumer Code)
In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Consumer Code) and European Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit communication before the expiration of the 14-day period via:

The communication must include:

First and last name

Order number

Description of the product to be returned

Reason for the return (optional)

The customer will receive confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Return Conditions

To be accepted, returned products must be:

In their original condition, unused, and undamaged

In their original packaging (where possible)

Complete with all included accessories, manuals, and components

Homestylearredamenti reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions indicated above, or to apply a reduction to the refund proportional to the decrease in the product's value.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for the return of merchandise are borne by the customer, except in the following cases:

The product received is defective or damaged

The product received differs from the one ordered (shipping error)

In such cases, Homestylearredamenti will arrange for the free pickup of the merchandise.
5. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 59 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

Products that are personalized or custom-made according to the consumer's specifications

Products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or which are liable to deteriorate rapidly

6. Refunds
Once the returned merchandise has been received and verified, Homestylearredamenti will proceed with the refund within 14 calendar days of receiving the return.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.Please note that once the refund has been processed, verification may take *1–3 business days, and the credit to your bank account may take 10–15 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
The refund will include:

The price of the product

The original shipping costs (standard shipping rates only; any additional costs for express shipping are non-refundable)

7. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
In the event of a product being defective or not conforming to the description, the customer is entitled to the statutory warranty of conformity pursuant to the relevant Articles. Articles 128–135 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, which provide for:

Repair or replacement of the product

Price reduction or termination of the contract if repair/replacement is not possible

The statutory warranty is valid for 2 years from the delivery of the product. The customer is required to report the defect within 2 months of its discovery.
